Using Slit Lamps, ophthalmologist can examine the vital segment of human eye, like anterior segment also known as frontal structures and posterior segment such as iris, natural crystalline lens, eyelid, sclera, conjunctiva, and cornea. Slit Lamps consisting bio-microscope offers a stereoscopic magnified view of the eye structures thereby helping the ophthalmologist to diagnose various eyes conditions.
