Immunoassay Systems is biochemical test, which determine the presence of material in a solution of a complex mixture of substances. Through this system one can measure biological liquids like serum or urine. Immunoassay System is classified on the basis of antigens used in the test system. The classification is briefed below:

Competitive, homogenous immunoassay system: The antigen used is unknown which help in measuring the material directly to the concentration of sample antigen
Competitive, heterogeneous immunoassay system: Here the unknown antigen competes with labeled antigen to bind with antibodies
One-site, noncompetitive immunoassay system: The unknown antigen binds with labeled antibodies to measure labeled antibodies
Two-site, noncompetitive immunoassays system: The unknown sample of antigen is bound to the antibody site
