Competitive, homogenous immunoassay system: The antigen used is unknown which help in measuring the material directly to the concentration of sample antigen
Competitive, heterogeneous immunoassay system: Here the unknown antigen competes with labeled antigen to bind with antibodies
One-site, noncompetitive immunoassay system: The unknown antigen binds with labeled antibodies to measure labeled antibodies
Two-site, noncompetitive immunoassays system: The unknown sample of antigen is bound to the antibody site
