Bi Polar Co-Agulator is an instrument including frequency generators used in the surgical procedure of Bipolar coagulation. This instrument is comprised of two electrical poles designed to remove and destruct the tissue in the cases of laparoscopic female sterilization, tumor, etc. Coagulator has more than one power settings that facilitate the surgeon to set the amount of current during the process. The power unit is attached with a disposable forceps or two probes that further contain two small electrodes. The attached forceps that is designed from titanium with a covering of a protective polymer to prevent tissue sticking and tearing receives the diathermy or high frequency waves. In addition to this, some advanced models are available with an opening for irrigation fluid.
