Krause ENT Instruments are surgical instrument, that are named after Fedor Krause, a native of Friedland (Upper Silesia). He was the pathologist and a surgeon, and later became head of the surgical department at Augusta Hospital in Berlin. Krause was the pioneer in the domain of neurosurgery, introducing surgical operations for treating epilepsy. He had developed various techniques involving tumors of the brain and spinal cord.
